		<description>I agree.   I have always wondered WHO actually reads these blogs and believes them?  Probably the same people who get up at 4 AM to stand outside the Today show for the hopes of their 3 seconds of fame by saying hello to Al Roker.  The Wal-Mart fake blog &#8220;Wal-Marting Across America&#8221; is the epitome of the fake blog. 
 
I am very curious as to your take on the buzz word trend of customer service through twitter.

Is this the beginning of something big?  Or just a fad that will eventually fade (i.e. the podcasting trend of 2005).   
 
I am curious of others opinions, considering 99% of Twitter posts are made up of remarks like &quot;sitting here stirring my coffee&quot;, &quot;just fed the dog&quot;.... </description>
