Hoover Windtunnel Air Challenge
We have all see the new Dyson commercials with James Dyson, the british engineer responsible for the new models. He does a good job of convincing people that his new innovations, like the ball turning in the DC 24, are the best on the market. But are they really the best?
Dyson uses its Root Cyclone technology. Instead of using expensive bags or filters, this method uses the fundamentals of cyclones to pull the dirt right out of the air. Though this approach is not new, it is improved in the Dyson vacuums. Also it is not the only effective technology on the market today. After over 100 years of refinement, Hoover has its own innovations on the market.
Since the original Hoover family and Murray Spangler invented the first vacuum in 1907, Hoover has remained on the forefront of vacuum technology. The WindTunnel technology is no different. Incorporated into all new Hoover upright vacuums is this new method that is known for its unmatched suction. WindTunnel Air uses the same fundamentals of cyclones to pull the dirt out of the air as the Dyson, but it differs in one way: it uses it patented 3 channels to make sure no dirt can escape.
But which model is better? Tattoo Projects will answer this question. This week, we are going to put our $200 Hoover WindTunnel Air up against the $400 Dyson DC 24 to see which technology is more powerful. Visit http://blog.tattooprojects.com/ again soon to see what happens. May the best vacuum win.
