City of Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx Gets “Tattooed”

Mayor Anthony Foxx will be paying a visit to Tattoo Projects this Wednesday from 11am-12pm. No body art involved: Charlotte’s Mayor will meet with us to talk shop about our success as a small advertising agency in Charlotte.

Our employees will have the opportunity to talk with Mayor Foxx about small business growth and success in Charlotte. Want to join us virtually? Small business success in Charlotte has been an important initiative for Mayor Foxx during his tenure. With the support of the Charlotte City Council, Foxx pushed through a series of initiatives aimed at helping small businesses, including the development of a Small Business Strategic Plan, a Small Business Task Force that has produced recommendations on how the City of Charlotte can increase its utilization of smaller firms, revisions to the City Small Business Loan Program, an Access to Capital Summit for small business owners and the development of a one-stop web resource for small businesses and entrepreneurs.

As a small Charlotte agency, the topic of small business in the community is obviously of great interest to us as well. We are looking forward to the opportunity to chat with Mayor Foxx and share strategies that can carry over to other small businesses in the area.
