Tattoo Projects Adds Design Talent

Hard work pays off. An eye for design and the skills to match doesn’t hurt either.

Shannon Duke and Jarred Hoelle have brought their ‘A’ game and kicked ass on many projects while interning for us over the past several months. So much in fact that we recently hired them on to the Tattoo Projects team as junior art directors.

Shannon graduated from Winthrop University with a BFA in Visual Communications. Her work has appeared in several publications including the book Type Form and Function: A Handbook on the Fundamentals of Typography as well as Anthology: Winthrop Literary Magazine. While interning at Tattoo Projects, Shannon developed the concept direction and aesthetics for a new line of Hoover vacuums.

Jarred is also a Winthrop University alum with a BA in Art. He has worked as the lead designer for Voulez-Vous Magazine and specializes in identity design, typography, and apparel. At Tattoo Projects, Jarred has been responsible for creating designs for Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte and UNC Charlotte Library.

Both Shannon and Jarred have proven to be valuable assets to our business. We are pumped to have them on the team as full-time Tattooers and are excited for the impressive work we know they will continue to contribute.

Our small Charlotte advertising agency just keeps on growing…
