Since 2008, Tattoo Projects has worked with UNC Charlotte to develop and execute numerous creative campaigns. The Stake Your Claim branding we developed for the University remains a cornerstone of their marketing messaging. If you’ve got a big pickaxe, flaunt that thing.
Recently, UNC Charlotte came to our advertising agency to create a campaign for their summer orientation program, SOAR. With a minimum budget, the University wanted pieces that would click with students while getting several academic messages in front of them.
With that goal, we developed several campaign pieces with a fun tone that would speak to students without speaking at them. They hear enough lectures in class. Posters, digital elements, and a QR code scavenger hunt were in the mix.
