We’re growing. So much in fact, that we’re upgrading to a newer, bigger, and way more awesome space. Well, it will be when we’re done with it. Right now it’s an empty shell at the Charlotte Cotton Mills in Uptown. We’ll keep you posted.

Summer is a time of fun in the sun. Everyone is excited when summer roles around, especially kids in school who have a 3 month vacation. People and their families love to travel to the beach, mountains, national parks, and other outdoor getaways. As perfect as this sounds, things tend to get a little messy. Kids run in their homes trailing mud on their shoes from playing outside, soaking wet from the pool, and bring messy ice cream desserts that drip anywhere and everywhere. Last week was hectic with the Charlotte ADDY Awards approaching, every agency in Charlotte scrambling to get their years best work in the competition. It was well worth the work because last night the AAF Charlotte held a special pre-show exhibition at the Mint Museum of the work that was entered. After viewing everyone’s work, its going to be extremely tough on the judges this year because everyone submitted some extraordinary pieces. This years ADDY Awards will be interesting to say the least.

This Saturday Oct 24th, UNC Charlotte will be hosting its 1st annual 4.NinerK Fundraiser Event. The proceeds from this event will go to help students who are in need of financial assistance to make their way through college. Also, after the event there will be a picnic BBQ and well as prizes to be given away!
