eBay Goes Green

An eco-friendly shipping box was designed by a team of eBay employees. This box is re-usable and uses messages including one that encourages recipients to sell again on eBay. “The eBay Green Team says that if each box is reused at least five times, it can save almost 4,000 trees and 2.4 million gallons of water and conserve enough energy to power 49 homes for a year.” This marketing move should do very well for eBay.

What is this world coming to? However, this should get the point across that looks and packaging say a lot when it comes to a product…not only to kids.

SOS…aka “Save Our Swarm”

First Outdoor Ad with 10k live bees – money from the sale of each bottle goes toward helping Britain’s dwindling bee population. Interesting to say the least.
